Anti-harassment code of conduct
Every coach and athlete on Volley Showcase agrees to these terms before sending or receiving messages.
Athlete commits to
- All conversations with college coaches are visible to your guardian if you are under 18.
- All messages are auditable by Volley Showcase's safety team.
- Report any uncomfortable interaction with the in-app flag — we follow up within 24h.
Coach commits to
- Direct messages to athletes under 18 are CC'd to the listed guardian.
- Conversations are auditable and retained for 24 months for safety review.
- Soliciting personal contact info (phone, personal social) is grounds for permanent removal.
- Verified-coach badge is revoked on a single substantiated harassment report.
